Every year the Kempton Assisted Living has a costume contest and party to celebrate Halloween. This year’s party featured music by Coastal Blend, a band that has a singer, drummer, guitarist, violinist and a banjo player. The band makes the residents want to get up and dance. On Monday afternoon, the Kempton had the Ability Gardens visit. The residents made and decorated their own grass head out of pantyhose.
