🎄✨ Brightmore of Wilmington kicked off the holiday season with our Annual Special Holiday Dinner! This festive evening is our way of saying Thank You to our wonderful residents for being such an important part of our community. ❤️
The night began with holiday photos in front of our beautifully decorated Christmas tree and featured some very special guests—the “gifts of Christmas!” 🎁🎅 Our staff embraced the holiday spirit, dressing up to bring smiles to everyone’s faces.
Chef Paul and the Morrison culinary team outdid themselves with a delectable menu of steak and salmon, perfectly paired with holiday cheer. Residents enjoyed the evening with delicious food, joyful music, and cherished fellowship.

We’re thrilled to partner with Callie Cromartie, a senior at Hoggard High School, as she launches her inspiring community service initiative, Melodies Make Memories! 🌟
Callie’s connection to The Commons began in 2017 when her grandmother, a resident in our memory care unit, shared beautiful musical moments with her. Those cherished memories left a lasting impact on Callie, inspiring her to bring the joy of music to our community. 🎤❤️
Through her program, Callie is not only sharing her incredible talent but also building a sustainable initiative involving other students to connect with residents through the magic of music. 🎶✨
Recently, Callie delighted our Memory Support residents with her heartfelt Christmas carols, spreading holiday joy and lifting spirits. We can’t wait to welcome her back soon!
