Our beautiful city of Wilmington has so much to offer, including the historic Airlie Gardens. Residents of Brightmore Wilmington enjoyed a guided walking tour of Airlie Gardens last week, complete with learning about the beginning of the gardens, beautiful flowers of all kinds and even wildlife including birds and turtles!

The fathers of Brightmore tie-dyed their own shirts last week and everyone wore them to our “Beers & Bratz” celebration! Everyone was invited to come celebrate the “Fabulous Fathers” of Brightmore while enjoying a summer feast of beer, bratz, potato salad, homemade potato chips, and watermelon! It was a wonderful celebration!
All fathers at Brightmore gathered together to make tye-dye shirts for our upcoming Father’s Day celebration!
We visited Lewis Strawberry Farms and Nursery last week! Residents bought fresh strawberries & blueberries and enjoyed homemade ice cream.It is always a treat to support local farms and businesses!
Step by Step Paint allows us all to relax and enjoy the artistic talent each one of us possesses. Our painting is called “Palm Tree Sunset.” We are excited for our next paint class in July!
