Halloween Is Right Around the Corner!

Who doesn’t love going to the Pumpkin Patch? The Kempton residents visited the Pumpkin Patch on Monday, just in time for Halloween. The residents picked out there favorite pumpkin to display outside their apartment. After the Pumpkin Patch, the residents went to Krispy Kreme for donuts. Everyone had a great time! Have You Ever Heard of Mayflower Munch? Check this out!

Celebrating Halloween, The Kempton Style!

Every year the Kempton Assisted Living has a costume contest and party to celebrate Halloween. This year’s party featured music by Coastal Blend, a band that has a singer, drummer, guitarist, violinist and a banjo player. The band makes the residents want to get up and dance. Interacting with Nature Improves Quality of Life

Goodies for a Good Cause

On Wednesday August 1st, the Kempton Assisted Living had a bake sale that raised over $400. All proceeds benefit Dementia Alliance of North Carolina, formerly Alzheimer’s North Carolina. Helping to Train Therapy Dogs at The Kempton

The Paws4People foundation raises, trains, and places Assistance Dogs with children, veterans, military dependents, and civilians living with disabilities.
