Annual BBQ & Bluegrass Fall Festival is a Huge Success!

November 6, 2019

This year’s 11th annual BBQ & Bluegrass Fall Festival was a boot-stomping good time! A big “Thank you” to L-Shape Lot for playing for us again this year – a wonderful group who helped bring in the fall spirit! The festival had lots to offer to make this a family fun event! Everything from face painting, pumpkin painting to dancing; and the food was delicious thanks to the Morrison’s staff.

Everyone was able to enjoy a BBQ plate with all the fixings or a pulled pork taco while enjoying some great bluegrass music.

Let us not forget about all the amazing raffles donated by so many generous people around the community, campus, and outside areas.

Our Brightmore community is honored to be able to support Dementia Alliance of North Carolina every year, which funds programs, research, and focuses on supporting families right here in North Carolina; and this event never disappoints with the amount of money we collect through so many generous donations.

Thank you to everyone that attended, we will see you again next year!
