This week’s craft was making our own DIY spring flowers Our residents showed their creativity and brought beautiful colors and warmth to the halls of Brightmore!
A spring Carnival made a stop this week at The Commons! Residents played bottle toss, balloon darts and we even had a duck pond. We enjoyed corn dogs, cotton candy, fresh popcorn, and ice-cold sodas. Everyone relaxed and socialized while we visited with our friends and family.
Sunny weather made it the perfect time for Hawaiian themed “Outdoor Courtyard Games!” Residents dressed in Hawaiian attire and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather by playing shuffleboard, bocce ball and corn hole. Refreshments were served and we even had some fun fruit displays to show off!

We had a great group come down to drink some wine and color. There was a variety of different sheets to choose from including quotes to smaller pictures or larger shapes. In preparation for St. Patrick’s Day, the residents at Brightmore enjoyed a festive, green themed Water Walk. The residents completed 72 laps around the pool, which equals 1 mile!
