Wellness Wednesday – Rhythm & Strength Class

Brightmore loves Heather Wadsworth! She comes once a month to teach the class “Rhythm & Strength” and then follows the class with Line-Dancing. Residents enjoy the aerobic workout, along with the fun music she plays. Heather uses the yoga balls and weights to conduct the class, along with lots of movement, resident smiles and singing. Heather has a wonderful energy, which makes the class so much fun and enjoyable!
