Shining a light on The Longest Day for Alzheimer’s awareness! On the summer solstice, June 21st, we joined people worldwide in fighting the darkness of Alzheimer’s through a fundraising activity of our choice. Despite the rain outside, The Commons at Brightmore was filled with radiant sunshine as we danced our way through the morning during a lively group exercise. The energy was contagious as we moved and grooved together, spreading positivity and support.
In addition to the exercise, we drew winners of our raffles, adding an extra touch of excitement to the day. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Alzheimer’s Association for sponsoring this remarkable event and to everyone who generously donated. Your contributions help bring hope and progress in the fight against Alzheimer’s.
Together, we are making a difference and illuminating the path towards a world without Alzheimer’s. Let’s keep shining a light on this important cause.
