This past week, Brightmore had a staff recognition lunch to celebrate five very dedicated and appreciated staff members. Brightmore has a wonderful staff. Fellow staff members and residents found time to say “Thank You & a Job Well Done!” Maintenance Day was January 18th. Brightmore celebrated the Maintenance Department: Frank Napoleon, John Metzer, and James Head. This team keeps the building beautiful and consistently helps in the renovation of apartment homes. With their smiling faces, it’s no wonder they are one of the most popular departments on campus!

Another member of the Brightmore team worth celebrating is Life Enrichment Coodinator, Ashlen James. Ashlen was celebrated throughout last week. It was Activity Professionals Week. Brightmore residents are lucky to have a fun, energetic and creative individual in this role who always keeps residents busy!

In preparation for Recreational Therapy week, Wellness Coordinator, Madeline Woodard, was also celebrated. Madeline has been with Brightmore for many years. She has created a top-notch INSPIRE Wellness Program for residents. Solely focused on the wellbeing of residents, Madeline makes sure they keep moving every single day! From yoga classes to Functional Fitness Circuit Training, she keeps them motivated and makes sure even though they are exercising, they are still having fun!
