May 31st was National Senior Health & Fitness Day!

National Senior Fitness DayEvery year, this day is celebrated to acknowledge the importance of health and fitness in seniors’ daily lives. Residents of The Commons celebrated senior fitness day all day long. Residents started out the day with walks around the pond, got into motion with the “Sweating to the Oldies” exercise group, had delicious smoothies and ended the day with a watermelon and cornhole social.
