Join us for a Functional Fitness class. It is taught by Madeline! Participating in Functional Fitness classes utilizes a variety of movements and exercises. Specifically, the class focus is on strength, balance, and endurance. In addition, you will use weights and exercise balls to strengthen your body parts. As a result of hard work, improvements can be found in the handgrip, arm toning, and core muscle strength. This class is a popular one, offered twice a week.
