It's a Strike!Try It, You’ll Strike It! 🎳

The residents at The Commons are always looking for a way to be active. One of their favorites is bowling. Bowling is an excellent exercise for seniors to be a participate. It can help improve balance, hand/eye coordination and upper body strength. Our residents’ competitive spirit comes out, and they have a blast with all their friends. We even had one resident bowl 6 strikes!
