The Kempton residents are becoming quite the foodies! Foodies are people who seek new experiences in food. Each month the Kempton residents explore various cultures and their traditions and customs. We visit twelve different cultures to see what a meal is like for families around the globe. This month focused on Hispanic Heritage. The residents had a choice of enchiladas with black beans and rice or shrimp tacos with cabbage and mango salsa. Everyone enjoyed exploring the Hispanic Heritage with this terrific meal! There is no better way to explore the differences in cultures around the world. Each month is a surprise and we can’t wait to see what our chef has in store for us next!
