Chris Swann, Maintenance Engineer at Brightmore Independent, retired Wednesday, July 24th. On Monday, Brightmore threw Chris a Retirement Celebration so he can “Ride Into Retirement” with closure of 18 very dedicated years of service to the Brightmore Community. Morrison made a beautiful appetizer buffet; a large retirement cake was ordered, and the dining room was decorated with a special table reserved just for Chris and his family. Special music was played, and several staff and residents made speeches and toasted Chris so he will never forget his time with us! Knowing just how much Chris loves to ride to the mountains on his Harley, Chris received a beautiful Harley watch, riding jacket and handmade Harley corn hole boards from the staff of Brightmore! Chris also received a beautiful plaque from Brightmore and the corporate office commemorating his 18 years of service! We will surely miss Chris! His promptness and always being available for the residents of Brightmore will always be remembered along with his quick sense of humor and everyday smile! Congratulations Chris Swann; Good Luck & Ride On!
