Cooking with Chef Taylor at The Kempton

Once a month the chef from Brightmore, Taylor, comes to the Kempton to do a cooking demonstration for the residents. The demonstration allows the residents to be hands on with cooking. In this month’s demonstration, the residents learned how to make garlic knots. Chef Taylor had the dough prepared but the residents had to put the knots together and add their favorite toppings. While the knots cooked in the oven, the residents had a chance to ask Taylor questions about cooking here on the Brightmore campus. Everyone enjoyed the garlic knots and the afternoon spent with Chef Taylor. The residents are excited to see what recipe he demonstrates next month!
