Know Your Legal Documents

On Monday July 2nd, the Kempton residents had a class on recommended legal documents with attorney Kelly Shovelin from Four Pillars Law Firm. She informed the residents on the different legal documents that she suggest they have in place. These include General Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, HIPAA Release Authorization, Living Will and Last Will and Testament. After her talk, she allowed residents to ask any questions they might have had. Our residents enjoyed having Kelly and learning about how they can make their wants known to their family.
