Brightmore “Lives Well” by enjoying our saltwater therapy pool and celebrating fitness with our 2nd Annual “Donald Duck” 1-Mile Water Walk! Several residents enjoyed an hour’s worth of socializing, singing to music and walking 72 laps in the pool to celebrate Donald Ducks 82nd Birthday. Why Donald Duck you may ask? Because every 5 laps we walk, we throw in a rubber duck in the pool so we can keep track of how many times we walk around the pool! And this wouldn’t be a complete 1-Mile Water Walk if we didn’t celebrate at the end Brightmore style with mimosas and fresh fruits in the Jacuzzi! We are very proud of our Brightmore 1-mile pool walkers for exercising in such a fun way!
