What better pie to try out for our 3rd annual pie bake off than Gene Autry’s famous peanut butter cream pie! Creamy peanut butter, graham cracker crust and hot fudge topping made this pie absolutely delicious. We whipped it together in no time and spent the morning thanking Gene Autry for this tasty recipe. This pie was a hit and earned us 2nd place in our bake off!!!
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
8oz Softened Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Melted Butter
1 Cup of Whipping Cream
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Hot Fudge Topping
Cream together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
Fold in the butter, whipped cream and vanilla.
Mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill 4 to 5 hours or until well set. Top with heated, thinned hot fudge sauce. Chill again for 30 minutes.
