Spring Has Sprung at The Kempton! 🌸

Spring is a lovely reminder of how beautiful change can truly be. With the return of the warm weather, residents at The Kempton got their hands dirty and planted a tomato plant and herbs for the back porch. Gardening also has some great health benefits such as: it is great exercise, gives your diet a boost, reduces the risk of cognitive decline, provides a health boost, and can boost your mood. We are excited to watch the plants grow and use the tomatoes and herbs when they are ready. Happy Spring!!!
