Spring Has Sprung!

The residents at Brightmore love to decorate the outside of their doors to reflect each season and holiday. This month, the craft group got together to make a fun and bright Spring wreath.

Fun-fur is a yarn to knit sweaters, hats, and scarves, but when used to wrap a foam wreath it looks like beautiful green grass! Add flowers and a pink ribbon to hang and you have such a pretty Spring wreath that can also be used for Easter!

Supplies needed:

• Round foam wreath
• Green fun-fur
• Straight pins
• Flowers
• Glue
• Ribbon for hanger
• For the banner-small skewer picks, white paper and a Spring saying

Directions:

• Straight pin one end of fun-fur to foam wreath and start wrapping (can be time consuming)
• At the end straight pin last of yarn
• Glue flowers on
• Tie hanger
• Add banner, if you like!
