Brightmore has also continued to support a healthy lifestyle focusing on Mind, Body & Spirit. Being mindful means that our well-being comes from not just physical health, but from mental and spiritual health as well. We have been playing both beginners and guided meditations every Thursday evening to end the day, paying attention to all three aspects of our nature…mind, body and spirit in a very peaceful state through this challenging time.
