Night Yoga Gives Residents a Chance to Relax
November 18, 2019
Night Yoga gives the residents an opportunity to relax and unwind from a busy day or even a busy week. Dimmed lights, Sleep Aid essential oil diffused in the room, relaxing soft music in the background, and slow moving stretches and breathing techniques, followed by guided mediation by the instructor will end the class. The instructor adapts the movements to those residents seated and those who choose to use their mats on the floor. Peaceful, light background music and movements allow the residents to relax all aspects of the body and the mind to promote a healthy sleep for the night.

After the class is over, these 21 residents are able to enjoy Sleepytime Tea and continue their unwinding for the night in their apartments.
