Residents at The Commons love to get moving! Our Fit & Fun classes provide a way for them to move without putting too much strain on their bodies.
Chair exercises are perfect for those with limited mobility or balance issues. Movements increase blood circulation and flexibility. Exercise also helps to lubricate the joints and strengthen individual muscles. These exercises increase their ability to perform daily physical activities. At the same time, helps to decrease falls. Every day is a good day to workout!
