“The only way to have a friend is to be one.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson On Thursday February 1st, the Kempton’s Men Coffee Talk Group gathered in the Country Kitchen at the Kempton. The men enjoyed coffee, Krispy Kreme donuts and great conversation. This is a newer activity at the Kempton that is held the first Thursday of the month. It allows the men to spend some quality time together. Here at the Kempton the women outnumber the men, as the case is similar at most assisted livings. The men also come together once a month to have a luncheon where they usually request pizza and beer. The men at the Kempton always look forward to these two activities each month.
