It’s Smoothie Time!

Every Wednesday at The Commons, the chefs from Morrison’s dining services feature a smoothie for our residents to try. This week Chef Justin created a delicious smoothie made with fresh strawberries, oranges and bananas. Our residents loved it so much that we wanted to share the recipe with you.

Add 1 cup of fresh strawberries, 1 banana, ½ of orange juice and ½ cup of ice to your blender and blend away! Chef Justin likes to add a scoop of protein powder to our smoothies to make them even more nutritious. We hope you give it a try today!
