“Fun, Fit & Fabulous” taught by Laurie Romand!

Here at The Commons, we strive to exercise daily. Exercise helps keep our residents physically and mentally sharp, improves balance, helps prevent falls and can reduce joint and muscle discomfort.
Exercise has also been proven to ease stress, reduce anxiety, lighten your mood and produce an overall sense of wellbeing. We have a new exercise program called “Fun, Fit & Fabulous” taught by Laurie Romand. Laurie is a certified trainer from Full Circle Fitness. She focuses on the individual needs of each of our residents, and caters her program to suit them. We are excited to get moving with Laurie!
