On Monday afternoon, residents were able to sit and listen to Wellness Intern, Gretchen, talk about Heart Health as we wrap up the month of February. They were presented with topics about heart disease and the importance of keeping our bodies healthy. Gretchen ended with trivia for the group to test their knowledge on all things Heart Health. Gretchen looks forward to seeing more residents at her monthly wellness seminars in the fitness center!
