The Brightmore of Wilmington campus stresses the importance of staying active with many opportunities to exercise in a multitude of ways. Exercise provides a great way to keep your thinking, learning, and judgement skills sharp as you age; it improves your mental health and mood, and reduces your risk of heart disease, among many other benefits.
Small group classes provide opportunities to stay social as well. We also want to keep it fresh with new, innovative ways to keep active such as The Commons’ Drums Alive! class. Brightmore of Wilmington, The Kempton, and The Commons encourages you to start your Path to Wellness with us!
