“Egg”traordinary Easter Creation!

It’s Easter time here at The Commons of Brightmore, and it is time for everyone’s favorite tradition of making Easter Eggs!  This year we are using a simple technique to have our eggs appear like stained glass.  This got our creative juices flowing and we had many “eggstraordinary” creations.  Our residents had a great time getting ready for the holiday, and we hope that you try this craft as well. You need:

• Mod Podge
• Boiled eggs
• Colored tissue paper cut into various shapes
• Sponge brush or paint brush

Directions: Spread on the Mod Podge, place on the colored tissue paper, and spread more Mod Podge on top of the paper. Just keep adding paper and applying the Mod Podge until you get the look you desire.
