Who doesn’t love going to the Pumpkin Patch? The Kempton residents visited the Pumpkin Patch on Monday, just in time for Halloween. The residents picked out there favorite pumpkin to display outside their apartment. After the Pumpkin Patch, the residents went to Krispy Kreme for donuts. Everyone had a great time! Every year the Kempton Assisted Living has a costume contest and party to celebrate Halloween. This year’s party featured music by Coastal Blend, a band that has a singer, drummer, guitarist, violinist and a banjo player. The band makes the residents want to get up and dance. On Monday afternoon, the Kempton had the Ability Gardens visit. The residents made and decorated their own grass head out of pantyhose.
