It’s Mardi Gras at The Commons, and our residents are having a blast celebrating Fat Tuesday! The highlight of our festivities was a special meal by Morrison’s. Residents were transported to New Orleans with jazz music while we passed out beads for them to wear. They were treated to shrimp & grits, cajun fried okra, and hushpuppies prepared by the Chef from Morrison’s. We finished with a dessert of bread pudding with bourbon sauce. Happy Mardi Gras!!
