Kempton Assisted Living is lucky to have our very own certified fitness instructor, Paula Scott. She comes to the Kempton three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings to teach our Sit and Stretch class. Each class holds a variety of seated exercises that are done from a chair. Some classes include hand weights and/or other exercise equipment like foam balls. The residents here at the Kempton love attending Sit and Stretch. The classes are unique and allow the residents to push themselves as much as they would like.
